Why Ghee made from A2 Milk is Superior than Jersey Cow?

A2 milk has a high amount of calcium and protein. There are many types of proteins, one of them is casein, which accounts for about 80% of the milk. Therefore, ghee made from A2 milk is considered to be the best. Research has found that desi cows that give A2 milk also produce a very special amino acid along with casein protein, which we call proline. It is believed that this proline amino acid is very important for our health and it is only available in A2 ghee. Hence A2 ghee is considered to be much better than A1 ghee and it has been found that proline present in A2 ghee prevents BCM 7 from reaching our body. Let’s find out what BCM 7 is.

BCM 7 is an opioid peptide. It is a protein that does not digest in our body. It can cause indigestion and many studies have also shown that it can cause various problems or diseases such as diabetes etc. That is, we can say that A2 milk contains proline amino acid which prevents BCM 7 from reaching our body. But the AI cows do not produce proline, so the BCM 7 goes into our body and then slowly dissolves in the blood. We can also understand this by saying that BCM 7 protein is not found in the urine, blood or intestines of cows that give A2 milk, but this protein is found in the milk of A1 cows, due to which there is a lot of problem in digesting AI milk. That’s why ghee made from A2 milk is very beneficial for our health.
